01

A swap pays a fee

One percent of every $BOARDY swap routes to the house wallet on Solana. No launch charge. No extra cut of supply.

02

The wallet is split

Eighty cents buys jumbotron time. Fifteen cents buys back $BOARDY and burns it. Five cents funds audits and the video that actually goes to the venue.

03

The invoice is cut

Venues invoice in USD or EUR. The gateway quotes a rate, takes SOL, USDC, USDT, BTC, ETH or LTC, and pays the vendor in the currency on the invoice.

04

The spot airs

A receipt is written only after the operator signs that it aired and the invoice has settled. Until then the booking sits in treasury as pending or scheduled.
